Open Monday Through Friday from 8:30AM until 5:00 PM


Rent is due on the 1st and late on the 4th. We cannot accept cash.

Any on-time rents may be paid online or in person at the Pensacola or Pace office. On-time rents may be paid online through your Appfolio tenant or portal or by personal check or certified funds. After hours, there is a rent drop slot in the door at the Pace Office.

Late rents must be paid with certified funds at the Pensacola office only. If you know your rent is going to be late please let your property manager know right away by phone or email Britta Provan


All maintenance requests must be in writing. Acceptable written requests include:

  1. Hand-written and delivered to our office
  2. Faxed to (850) 475-5333
  3. Through your Appfolio tenant portal
  4. Emailed to ExitFixIt@gmail.com
  5. Mailed to our Pensacola office

The property manager will schedule your maintenance with one of our many licensed and insured vendors. If you have not heard from the vendor within 1 business day of your request being submitted please contact our office for a follow up.

For weekend or after-hours Emergency Requests Only use the email (above). Along with your request youmust include your name and address and contact information. Emails are easier to forward to a vendor and will expedite your request.
